Recruiting and Retention in your local, volunteer department is one of the most important things you can do. NSVFA continues to work on your behalf to help you recruit and retain the best people possible.
In 2017, NSVFA received a SAFER Grant in the amount of 1.4 million dollars to provided education, advertising tools and scholarship money for local departments.
