Senators Appreciation Breakfast

The NSVFA and NFCA wishes to thank the State Auxiliary for their efforts in helping to make the Senators’ Appreciation Breakfasts such a success. Everything the auxiliaries do whether it was a cash donations, donations of baked goods or attending the breakfast to serve and visit with the Senators in support of NSVFA / NFCA Legislative efforts is most appreciated. NSVFAA SCHOLARSHIP

The Nebraska State Volunteer Firefighters Association Auxiliary has set up a scholarship program. One scholarship of $500 will be awarded to a Nebraska high school senior or college student after verification of the winner’s class enrollment.

Applicants must be a resident of Nebraska and must have submitted their applications to a college or trade school prior to submitting the scholarship application. The school to which the applicant is enrolling does not need to be a Nebraska school. Parents or guardians do not have to be firefighters for an applicant to apply for this scholarship. The NSVFAA Treasurer will issue the scholarship check to the scholarship recipient upon receiving notification that the student is enrolled in classes. NSVFAA 100% AWARD LETTERS

Auxiliaries who are 100% members of the State Auxiliary Association are invited to submit letters detailing their past year’s activities for awards presented at the Annual Conference each year. A prescribed format and criteria for the letters may be found below.
